What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit/credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Paddle securely processes cards and wallet payments, while PayPal handles PayPal transactions. We never store payment details.

What exactly are templates?

Templates are professionally designed certificate layouts you can customize online and download instantly in high-resolution formats.

How do I use the design editor?

Use Google Chrome on a desktop or laptop for best results. Complete edits in one session and download, print, or share only after finalizing your design.

Can I edit templates on my phone or tablet?

Yes, the editor works on mobile, but we recommend using a desktop or laptop for more precise customization.

Can I upload my own images?

Yes, you can upload photos, logos, and other images to personalize your templates.

What file formats and sizes do you offer?

Templates are available in US Letter (8.5x11 in) and A4. Download as PNG, JPG, PDF, or SVG (non-vector), all at 300 DPI for high-quality printing.

How do I manage my account and what are your policies?

You can cancel your Unlimited Access Plan anytime via the Paddle link in your email or by contacting us. Registered users can request full account and data deletion. Templates are licensed for personal or business use only. All payments are non-refundable.

Is my data secure? How can I get help?

Special Notice (GED & Official-Looking Templates):
Templates resembling GED certificates, diplomas, licenses, or other formal documents are provided only for novelty, gift, or ceremonial purposes. They must not be misused as real credentials.

Permitted Use:
Organizations may use templates for internal or ceremonial use (e.g., training programs, recognition), provided they do not present the template as a legal credential.

Prohibited Use:
Using any template to deceive or impersonate official qualifications is strictly forbidden and may result in account suspension and potential legal action.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service, cancel orders, or suspend accounts if we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Digital Content Access

Templates purchased via Pay As You Go (one-time purchase) will remain accessible for a minimum of 30 days from the date of purchase.

In cases where we update or replace a template design, older orders may reflect the new version. To avoid data loss, customers are encouraged to complete customization and downloads within 30 days.

We may extend access on a case-by-case basis. You can contact support if you experience issues with template access.

Subscription Plans

Subscription plan details, pricing, and features are subject to change. All applicable terms will be disclosed at checkout or before billing.

Payment Processor Updates

If we change our payment provider, all active subscribers will be notified via email. Subscribers must update their payment details within 30 days to avoid automatic cancellation at the end of their billing cycle.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we detect misuse or breach of terms. Upon termination, all access to the Service will be revoked.

Changes to Terms
