💡 How to use the editor

Fill in the fields on the left panelFill in the fields below the preview — the preview updates live as you type.

Change font, size & colour

Use the ‹ › arrows in the centre panelproperties panel below the preview to move between objects. Font, size, colour and alignment controls appear there for the selected object.

Undo / Redo

Use the ↩ ↪ buttons in the top bar, or Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Y on your keyboard.Use the ↩ ↪ buttons in the bottom bar.

Adding a logo or image

Use the Upload Image / Logo button on the left panelin the form below the preview.

🖨 How to print your certificate

Step 1 — Download as PDF first

Click Download Now, select Print Pack, and choose PDF. Open the file in Adobe Reader, Mac Preview, or Chrome's PDF viewer — not directly from your browser.

Step 2 — Set orientation to Landscape

Certificates are wider than tall. In the print dialog, switch orientation from Portrait → Landscape before printing.

Step 3 — Enable full color

Many printers default to Grayscale. Find Color / Print Mode in Preferences (Windows) or Show Details (Mac) and set it to Color.

Step 4 — Set scale to Fit to Page

Find Scale / Page Sizing and choose Fit to Page or Fill so the certificate fills the full sheet with no cut-off borders.
