Special Notice (GED & Official-Looking Templates):
Templates resembling GED certificates, diplomas, licenses, or other formal documents are provided only for novelty, gift, or ceremonial purposes. They must not be misused as real credentials.
Permitted Use:
Organizations may use templates for internal or ceremonial use (e.g., training programs, recognition), provided they do not present the template as a legal credential.
Prohibited Use:
Using any template to deceive or impersonate official qualifications is strictly forbidden and may result in account suspension and potential legal action.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service, cancel orders, or suspend accounts if we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
Digital Content Access
Templates purchased via Pay As You Go (one-time purchase) will remain accessible for a minimum of 30 days from the date of purchase.
In cases where we update or replace a template design, older orders may reflect the new version. To avoid data loss, customers are encouraged to complete customization and downloads within 30 days.
We may extend access on a case-by-case basis. You can contact support if you experience issues with template access.
Subscription Plans
Subscription plan details, pricing, and features are subject to change. All applicable terms will be disclosed at checkout or before billing.
Payment Processor Updates
If we change our payment provider, all active subscribers will be notified via email. Subscribers must update their payment details within 30 days to avoid automatic cancellation at the end of their billing cycle.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we detect misuse or breach of terms. Upon termination, all access to the Service will be revoked.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Severability
