Instructions for Customizing and Downloading Your Digital Document

Welcome! Follow the steps below to customize your digital certificate as many times as you like. Please note, you can only download the certificate once. If you want to download more than once, please purchase the required quantity.

Step 1: Access the Document Customization Page

1. Log in to your account on our website.
2. Navigate to the Orders section.
3. Click your Digital Document from the order list.

Step 2: Customize Your Document

1. Change a Background: Choose from a variety of Free backgrounds available from the toolbar.
2. Enter Your Details:
   • Your Name
   • Sign by Name (if applicable)
   • Sign Date (if applicable)
   • Completion Date (if applicable)
3. Upload a Logo/Seal: (Optional) You can upload your organization's logo/seal if needed.
4. Choose Colors: Customize the colors of the document to match your preferences.
5. Change Text Style and Colors: Click on any text on the document design and change from the activated toolbar if required.
6. Save Your Document: Click on the Save Design button to store your customization. Download your document whenever you think it's completely ready.

Step 3: Preview Your Document

1. Preview your document to see how your customized document will look.
2. If you want to make changes, click the Text/Image/Background/Border and update your information.
3. Repeat the preview and edit steps until you are satisfied with the customization.

Step 4: Finalize and Download Your Document

1. Once you are happy with the preview, click the Save button.
2. Review your details one last time and ensure everything is correct.
3. Click the Download button to download your document.
