Use the Contact Us page for inquiries or issues. The following actions are prohibited:

  • Sending unsolicited ads or promotions.
  • Harassment or abuse.
  • Contacting someone who has asked not to be contacted.
  • Interfering with transactions or other members’ businesses.
  • Exchanging personal information for off-platform transactions.

Purchasing Items

When purchasing items from CC, ensure the following:

  • Read item descriptions and shop policies carefully.
  • Make timely payments using CC Payments (powered by Verifone).
  • Provide accurate delivery information.

Transactions are protected only when completed through CC’s checkout system. Off-platform transactions are prohibited.

Leaving Reviews

Reviews help other buyers make informed decisions and build shop reputations. Guidelines for reviews:

  • No graphic, obscene, or inappropriate content.
  • Reviews should focus on factors within the shop’s control.
  • Avoid false or misleading reviews.

Reporting Issues

If an issue arises with your order, contact CC within 48 hours for resolution. If unresolved, you may file a case for:

  • Non-delivery of items.
  • Items not as described.
  • Damaged or corrupted files.

Note: Refund claims are only available to registered CC users. Guest account orders are not eligible.

Purchase Protection

CC ensures refunds for eligible cases, such as damage or misrepresentation. However, some transactions may not qualify, including:

  • Used or altered items.
  • Items not purchased through CC’s checkout system.

Cancellations and Returns

  • Only CC can cancel transactions.
  • Returns are subject to CC's return policy. Digital items (downloads or prints) are non-returnable.
